Cumberland 6Km Hike - Krantz Hike

Let's Go explore the beautiful Cumberland Nature Reserve. This boasts some of the most stunning views in KZN, come see why this hike is rated one of the best in the Pietermaritzburg area.

Location: Meet Up at Cumberland Nature Reserve, by the Picnic Sites.

Time: 8.30am - 12.30pm (Please be there at 8 so we can start at 8.30)

Difficulty: Advanced Beginner - suitable for kids 8 years and older. (Hike is mainly Flat, just one challenging hill at the end, but nothing too serious)

Cost: R200pp (Includes entry fees) - Transport is Available from PMB, at an extra R120pp, limited spots so book early.

What to Bring: Enough drinking water, comfortable shoes, snacks and backpack to carry your belongings.

Meet up will be at the "Picnic Sites" area, so turn right at the first sign board, It will say "Picnic Sites" on the board, just follow the directions - if you are about to drive up a steep hill, then you just drove past the signboard. (It's the right turn before the obstacles course)

If weather is bad the hike will be rescheduled to the nearest Available date.

No Refunds if you are a No-Show. Cancellations to be done 2-3days prior to the event, and it takes 3-4working days to process refunds.
